    Hi using old 3ds 9.6.0.17 here. i had the exact same problem, with the r21 safehax it said PM ini failed. with your compiled version it says failed to read the arm9 payload!. same goes for r19 which is weird considering safehaxpayload.bin is in the root of the sd
