    Ok... so I fixed everything. After backing up my sd card, I reformatted it. I didn't use h2testw. Why? It takes hours just to copy the data on the SD card, and I wanted to try something. Copying everything back onto a freshly formatted MicroSD, and lo and behold... all 3 cart based games now...
