    There's an article on imore dot com which mention the dock by Insignia still working after the v5 update. Other safe option is to buy a secondary Nintendo dock and gutting it to fit in a compact dock.

    I've got one which looks identical to what you listed. I've stopped using it for the fear of it potentially bricking the Switch. Upon reading up on Switch docks, the only one which is guaranteed to not brick your Switch is Nintendo's own.

    It's a waste to tip away the broth. Drink it up. Unless it lacks flavour.
