    ROM Hack Can't open BIN files ("unsupported file format") in Ohana and other programs.

    So, I've been search for quite a while how to open BIN files. Basically, I'm trying to mod Senran Kagura Burst, after extracting the CIA and checking the ExtractedRomFS folder every file is in BIN format, I've seen solutions like open the file with a Hex Editor, and some ppl say its a problem...
