    Is there an emulator (for GBA) that works with GameShark codes, etc?

    Main reason I'm asking, is because for some reason, the rom hack I'm trying to use cheats on, has a page full of documented cheats, but not an actual .cht file. Is there anything like one of those generic android emulators that allow you to put in cheats, live, right there?
