Hacking [List] Games required Firmware version

I got Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection on Wednesday (physical version) and it runs great on my 4.10 Switch.

Thanks for your response. I ended up starting from scratch and re-adding all my games, which thankfully fixed the C8 problem completely. I still don't know exactly what went wrong, but my best guess is that I somehow corrupted one or more of the desktop files when I tried to edit in the...

Official hakchi2 - NES Mini very simple pimp tool

I have managed to mess something up... I can't figure out how to fix it. I started hacking my SNES Classic Edition on the new hakchi 2.2 RC4. Later, I updated to 2.20 (specifically 2.0.20.10 portable). Between these two versions, I had added about 60 games split among 3 folders, and everything...

This is great! Could you make a version that is in English? I would like to have an offline version of the Star Fox 2 manual. Yours works perfectly, but it's in Italian... Thanks!!

ROM Hack Metroid Samus Returns Fusion Save ;]

Is it possible to get a version of this save that is compatible with the 3DS Save Dongle? For those that don't know, it's a USB device that you connect to your computer with a DS or 3DS game card inserted into it, and allows you to backup and replace the save data directly to the game card...

Thanks! I'll try that next chance I get, along with the font fix and see if that will get everything working correctly for me.

That's great! I noticed the fontfix.hmod was ready, and I plan to install it this weekend when I have time to mess with my Famicom again, but how did you get the FDS issue fixed? I thought we would have to wait until the next Hakchi version before this was fixed. Could you let me know what you...

OK, so I managed to install Hakchi 2.12 with the Retroarch module on my Famicom Mini today (upgrading from 2.11 without Retroarch installed at all). I prefer to experiment on my Famicom until I figure out how to get everything to work right before I upgrade my NES Classic (my NES Classic is...

I have a Famicom Classic (which does not include StarTropics) and I was having trouble finding a version of the game that worked, but I eventually did :)

@arminus: I believe having only 11 games installed might be your problem. I read somewhere you will have problems if you have less than 30 games total installed. OK, so I found a solution to my StarTropics problem. I kept trying different versions of the game until I found one that worked...

Official hakchi2 - NES Mini very simple pimp tool

@Tootyuk: No, I have not tried using the European version, as I have heard the speed of things is messed up when you try that, since all NES/Famicom Classics are designed to play NTSC games instead of PAL. Does anyone know how to patch StarTropics (U) to get it working on the Famicom Classic...

Official hakchi2 - NES Mini very simple pimp tool

I'm loving this tool! Great work Cluster! One question for anyone who knows: I have only a Famicom Classic system (still trying to find a way to buy a NES Classic for a reasonable price). The one game I cannot get to work that should is the original StarTropics. The sequel, StarTropics 2, works...

One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.

alot of yt to mp3 sites are blocked by light speed for "Security"
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
