Hacking Oracle of Ages/Seasons on WiiU?

Has anyone gotten Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Seasons to work on the WiiU? I'm running 5.5.1 on CBHC, no RedNAND (SD card too small for it). VBA Next runs Ages quite fine, but won't save configuration or save files; I suspect it doesn't have write permission on my SD card, but I don't know how to fix...

Homebrew WiiU crashes with Mocha + CBHC?

I thought CBHC only applies the sig patch. The github tutorial does say "HaxchiFW" so I guess next time I install a CFW-only title I'll try it without mocha. Edit: Mocha isn't required after all. Huh.

Homebrew WiiU crashes with Mocha + CBHC?

Hi, this isn't really a big deal, but there are a few weird cases where my WiiU softlocks and I have to physically reset it. I have Coldboot Hax set up for autoboot. Scenario 1: 1. Open HBL 2. Load Mocha CFW 3. Open HBL 4. HOME, close software 5. Black screen Scenario 2: 1. Open HBL 2. Load...

Homebrew Official WUP Installer - Title installer + Firmware spoofing [3.x - 5.4.0]

I once interrupted my update when I realized I had the wrong files, and it made the 1.5 GB file in 20 minutes. So I decided that half an hour was more than enough. What I recommend is deleting your update file before installing.

There are no immediate known consequences of spoofing, and the immediate pros are that you don't get constant update reminders, and you're allowed to play online. We have no idea what the long-term consequences are, except that it is impossible to un-spoof back to 5.3.2, should it be necessary.

Huh. With this it looks like the latest version is 176. They must have changed it in the last hour. https://tagaya.wup.shop.nintendo.net/tagaya/versionlist/USA/US/list/977.versionlist OP could you please put this in your post under how to use NUSGrabber?

Welp, Smash updated today and NUSGrabber still doesn't give me the latest update version without two arguments. After spamming version numbers above 160 I found an entry for "0005000E10144F00 176". There has to be a more reliable way to update this stuff. Stand by... Edit: Confirmed, v176...

Homebrew Official nnu-patcher - a patcher to temporarily use the eShop

Smash 4 updated today, and while I've used WUP successfully, I decided to try updating through eShop instead, but I can't find the option for that. FYI I'm running off the disc, not the eShop version. Is it actually possible to update disc games through eShop, or is that just for DLC? Do I need...
