    yes. i may try buying cubic ninja and perform ninjahax but im afraid that none of the homebrew versions would work since there iso no homebrew with browser version 4.

    yeah, probably it has been updated from ver. 2.1, but in my case i don't even know if the 3ds has been jailbroken before, maybe it has been and that's why it got in a frankenfirmware and can't update anymore. i don't know about ernestswitch, if his console has already been jailbroken, if not...
