    Hacking 11.x downgrade?

    I have 11.0 with HBL on steelhax. Do you mean that I can actually use legit CIA's without CFW? I don't own any of the 4 exploited DSiWare games, so I thought slowhax/waithax was useless to me for now.

    if you have N3DS here is my guide with some troubleshooting if the official browserhax guide won't work for you through some steps. I did this on my N3DS with 11.0 a couple of weeks ago and was able to create and connect NNID, and also to use eShop without updating firmware.
