    So I figured it out, I was using Ryujinx fork? Ryubing Canary I'm not sure what the differences here are but the Encounter does NOT work on Ryubing Canary for me, I booted up regular old Ryujinx and the encounter is now working

    I've had a few codes that would corrupt my save, and I basically narrowed them down to which were corrupting it and used a different version of those codes I enable the always encounter then, the mewtwo but nothing happens
