Was having the exact same issue. Found that issues was mainly Wi-Fi needing telemetry servers to validate (they were being blocked by a newer HATS version of host file) and also conflicts with Atmosphere host file (emummc.txt or default.txt)... -

That is just some setting in your CFW setup to prevent Nintendo rewarding you with a permanent ban.

Lesson learned...be careful about what you buy, and who you buy it from. I don't buy batteries or electronics from any 3rd party sellers...just straight from Amazon itself. Also, I'm not sure what the laws are in Germany, and what Amazon can...

Look at your order. Who was is being sold by and who shipped it? Amazon or a 3rd party? Might want to let people know so others can avoid the seller if it wasn't both sold and shipped by Amazon.

Definitely seems like someone "did something" to get it banned, then bought another, swapped the system, returned that one, and now it ends up in your hands. Contact Amazon as others have said.

Not useless. He can use MIG Switch :tpi: 1778243021 Close to zero. Clearly that is not brand new, so you should get a refund regardless. It's not even worth trying to get it unbanned if you paid full retail price for it.
