If yes, then before looks like the image in my previous post with the diagonal lines, and after looks like it should do, without any interference.     The one labelled 'bad' looks to be the same as mine. It uses a different chip which is clocked at a higher frequency - maybe that is why it doesn't suffer the same issue. I don't really any issues with the image quality of this version of the board other than the diagonal lines. That said...

    On a couple of Wii's I've modded I have used old laptop 5400 rpm SATA HDDs formatted FAt32 along with the following adaptor. No need for a Y-split - GX works just fine as do VCs, emulators and everything else I've thrown at it...

    Thanks for the reply Cyan. While this did replace the original banners with custom versions, it didn't change their behaviour in that they still cycle between banner and GC logo. Not the end of the world though - there are more important things to worry about :)

    I've found Advanced Renamer to be perfect for the task of renaming ISOs and moving them into folders. Simply set the options marked in the screenshot and you should be good to go! :)

I've just had a look at the WBFS folder on the USB drive and Wiibackupmanager creates the disc images in .wbfs format, some of which are smaller than DVD size, so I presume...

    FAT32 and Wiibackupmanager works great for me. It does mean splitting the larger Wii ISOs, but I'm able to run most emulator ROMS and GC ISOs from the same partition without any issues whatsoever. USB Loader GX is the best IMHO :)
