    UPDATE: thanks to your advice, I was able to identify that the issue was a defective Wifi chip. I replaced it with a new one, and now the WiiU is working flawlessly! Thanks for giving indications of things to check.

    The console was stuck at boot screen. The console was not modded and and didn't mess with anything. I also never disassemble the console. I hadn't used my console in a few months, but it was working fine back then. I tried Recovery Menu first, but it didn't solve the issue.
