    I have this problem too... if i forced Pal60 it would play but still in black and white. I gave up on Pals and stuck to downloading NTSC but have gotten way better results dumping my own ISO's.

    I use Verbatim DVD-R they were on sale $13 for a pack of 50.... Great deal!!! I cleared out a few stores Just keep an eye out you can find them cheap. EDIT: Found a pack of 25 for 9.99 on NewEgg give them a try at that price and decide for your self NewEgg Verbatim DVD-R

    Hacking Imgburn Alternative on Mac

    Burn can rip the images thats what I use for now. Thats only cause the current version of Liquid CD wont recognize Wii ISO as of now but they plan to fix that with the next update. But I have tried several burning programs for Mac and Liquid CD is the best so far just wait for the update.
