    Ganeffe di riso in brodo - they are fried rice balls served with chicken/turkey broth and parmesan, a traditional easter dish from where I'm from, but I've never seen them outside of the city I live in.

    Fast approaching the 30s and I actually used one such handheld that a friend of mine has. However, I've so far resisted buying one, but as I'll be traveling a lot next year I might just cave in.
