    you are in town 2, the money (gray) is different from town 1 (green) as pspmaster said "the base game hook address is Switch Jump Table case 1, and the DLC hook address is Switch Jump Table case 3. " your money might be on case 2 or case 4 which would require a different address

    the max money on dlc works on both Buy and Sell maybe it is the same on the normal game (I only tested on Gain)
