    Hacking help| chrono trigger

    I can't get to the cheats part for Chrono Trigger. do i need to put the usrcheat.dat and cheat.dat into a cheat folder? I put it into the _system_ folder and it didn't work? Never Mind..... *Sigh* I have it now........ Don't respond.
