    Posting to confirm a successful downgrade. I went from 10.3 on my US O3DSXL to 9.2 with no difficulties. I backed up my SD card, kept the 3DS plugged in, and loaded sysUpdater (the one linked in the OP) via Menuhax. It worked on the first try :v The CIA files (which I verified w/ the MD5s)...
