    Hardware Mii maker is missing on my 3ds

    For some reason, Mii maker has disappeared from my 3ds, I thought this was odd since its supposed to be there, I cannot find it in my folders, so I tried to install it again by extracting it from my other 3ds, didnt work. Can somebody help me by giving advice? Thank you.
