    I finally resolved it. Apparently the issue is that 0syscall6 and/or reF00d don't get loaded if they're called for after the storage manager plugin (which controls sd2vita and also effects the manner in which other storage spaces are loaded e.g. vita memory card, internal memory, etc.)...
