    The board traces looks connected to the chip on the right side, i think it's ram for ssd. I would try to remove both and do measure.

    Had you check on power voltage? Wifi chip can cause blod too, but usually there is some error code appeared.

    It could be just a bad ram chip or bad soldering. Not sure if the ps5 need special treatment after ram swap. But it should be not needed any. I've never seen anything like this in smartphones for an example. Only replace then it will be done. Wait for several minutes when blue light stays on...
