Are you using Luma's payload chainloading? You may need to rename your Decrypt9 payload as the feature changed in the latest release. It should be start_Decrypt9.bin instead of def_Decrypt9.bin- Doopl

I've double checked, the build in the OP (v05) does what you describe but my own build works fine for me. I use Aurora's noscreeninit a9lh too, but it's from a few weeks ago so it doesn't have the latest commits.- Doopl

I think you must have made a mistake somewhere because I just compiled it myself with the fix and it's loading fine on the latest build from http://astronautlevel2.github.io/AuReiNand/ (67e229e). Thanks @Aurora Wright! Edit: @Xsze discovered why this build isn't working for some people:- Doopl

The fact you got that means it did work. You're missing files needed by Decrypt9 so it won't fully load. Plus you're using AuReiNand payload loading so this has absolutely zero to do with CTRBootManager9.- Doopl

Typically, the file you have as boot.3dsx is what gets loaded when running menuhax, browserhax, hblauncher_loader.cia etc. (unless you've swapped the default *hax payload for, for example, the lesshax one). Can confirm it works with MGS3D. Also checked that the higher clock survives events like pressing home, closing the lid and settings reboot (the former, at least, would reset the clock back to default with NTR).- Doopl
