    The Nusspli app? Just go to the website and get the Aroma version or Tiramisu (Channel) if you have it. Put the file or the folder in the "wiiu/apps" directory. If you're using aroma you should see it on the home menu or if you're using Tiramisu go to the homebrew launcher (open the Mii maker)
