    Great! Thanks for the help and tips. I just wanted to post the same link to reddit in case anyone else wanted it. In my case, I do have CubicNinja, so should be able to downgrade my friends o3DS IF he can find it back (He hasn't used it for a long time).

    Ow, not the news I was hoping for :D I'll look for the reddit topic then and cross my fingers when I go to the store again. But first I'll contact that friend again to ask if he found his old 3DS. I should just buy Fieldrunners from the eShop then & softmod the o3ds? Or am I wrong about that?

    Great idea! The store does have New Nintendo 3DS XL Metallic Black in stock, maybe I'll get lucky with that one? I bought the Sun/Moon Limited edition 3DS XL, that's just a too new release :) Is there a list, with what I should look for on the box, so I don't just trade it in for the same FW...

    Thanks for the quick response! Too bad! I'm never did any soldering in my life... Just what I expected, then my last hope is that my friends finds back his old 3DS, and I can find a compatible NDS title.
