    7 badges here, working just fine. Removed the third badge with pokesav as I got it, but I went to get it back after I had 5 badges. Takes somewhere around 60 events to freeze. (CycloDS v1.58B)

    No it isn't. The formula was made up on the spot and it doesn't even apply except if you have 3 _first_ badges. With 1st, 2nd and 4th badge, the events required for a freeze is over 50.

    CycloDS v1.58B here. Still have very few freezes after getting the 4th badge (removed the 3rd), and it was the case for someone else here, too. So it seems to be just you.

    This is just aweome. Beat Whitney, got Squirtbottle and used pokesav to remove the badge. Entered/exited a house +50 times now and no freezing. (CycloDS v1.58B) Edit: Well, got a freeze now, but they seem to be a lot less common this way.

    Video tutorial patch not working on CycloDS v1.57. Freezes on start up. Blue, Red, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Snap, Stadium.

    Battles (wild battles, not trainer ones) are counting as 1 for me, at least. 16 battles freeze me, 16 entering/exiting a house freezes me, opening Pokémon menu 16 times freezes me. Running left and right for 30 minutes straight didn't affect me at all though.

    CycloDS 1.57 Heart Gold Azalea Town Game freezes after entering/leaving a house 16 times, not 24.
