    How do I build a .cia for Smash? I want to make a custom .3ds and convert it to a .cia, but when I run the game it always tell me the data is corrupted or that I need the latest update (even though I already have it installed). The only thing I'm modifying is a few skins.

    Inject the game instead of running it through an emulator.

    You're right, I shouldn't call it bad. But it's still inferior to the o3ds' emulation. GBA VC Injection.
