Found this via google.
The trick for PAL Wii's is after you have installed them is run them using:
USBLoaderGX
Once you select to run one from the menu
Under "Settings"
Goto "Game Load"
Then in the first page is the SNEEK setting: SNEEK Video Patch = ON
Make sure SNEEK Video Patch = ON...
