only reason i could think you dont see the option is that you don't have cIOS38rev14 installed...you have to go into options to find it when you run neogamma...the 2 files are the patches for the game- DEFAULTx

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
