If I know the game well enough, then the language barrier isn't really a hurdle for me. Otherwise, games that I don't know well, and are exclusive to specific languages (Japanese being the most common one)...

I don't know about any Spanish translations for those hacks. Some of the stuff you mentioned has cheats. Chances are you just have bad ROM dumps...
