    Does it do this when no Controllers are plugged in or switched on? This happens on real hardware but that usually down to dirty ports or cracked solder joints. I wouldn't expect that to be the case with the flashback though with it being brand new.

    I have tested this extensively and not found a way to get it working. I don't think it's a power issue as I've used a multimeter to check the voltage coming through the controller port and it provides over 4 volts (every flashback seems to vary slightly) so there must be something else stopping...

    @mdancevic I had this problem with one of my units and I could not get it to work. I tried updating the firmware but it did not help. Maybe opening the unit up and flashing using Android Tools might work but I didn't try this as it was easier to just get a replacement.
