    I think you need to use 249 to load from NTFS so try that. Also try r17 instead of 19.

    That's odd I don't think I have any snapshots in my config folder so I don't think it is, I think it might be an option somewhere or possibly a debug build instead of release.

    Have you tried loading with 222 instead of 223? 222 37+38 seems to work fine with FAT32 and revision 938 for me.

    Just google it, it's not that hard but it will erase everything on the drive so back it up first.

    You can partition a flash drive same as you can a regular drive but that cuts down on space and remember some games can be really close to the 4GB size and if you double partition it you'll have less space for games, might not be able to fit the one(s) you want.

    And you completely reformatted the entire drive to WBFS, tried having it unplugged when the program starts then plugging it in when the new screen comes up, made sure that the LED on the drive was blinking to indicate it was being read, tried having at least one game on it when plugging it in...

    You answered your own question in your post. Go back to r17 of 249. It's been said over and over (I've personally said it more than once) that 17 is more compatible and stable.

    Just download a theme, find the files on your HDD/SD Card and modify as you desire. That'll give you a good base and once you're familiar with how things are set up you can start making them from scratch.
