    Yea it has the original firmware. When you refer to contacts do you mean the bottom part of the microsd card slot. I have opened it up and tried cleaning it with a brush-like object. Is an eraser better or the same?

    My brothers R4 is stuck in the loading screen *when you first boot up the R4* It is not the microsd card because I inserted his sd card on my R4 and it worked fine. I need help on the steps I should take.
