    So if I have EmuNAND to play backups, never go online and have a separate SD card. And go online with a clean SysNAND Have people been banned for this? Are there any known records of a ban for this? Sorry if I’m in the wrong subforum!

So in other words if I add some texture mods to SwSh(because lets be honest, the graphics are not the best) and play against players online, will I be susceptible to a ban?     Ah ok, definitely not worth it then. Not being able to go online is a dealbreaker with some games i.e Mario Kart or Pokemon battles.
