    Homebrew can i downgrade my 3ds from 11.6 to 11.5 or 11.2?

    my 3ds is the old 3ds xl, its ver. 11.6.0-39E and i want to downgrade it to 11.5 or 11.2. i don't have homebrew or cfw so what i'm trying to say is is there a way to downgrade without getting homebrew or cfw. if not whats the easiest way to get homebrew and cfw. (preferably luma3ds) :yay3ds::gba::)
