    I've only ever paid customs once ;) and I've ordered hundreds of dollars worth from china and europe. Gift packaging is the best. R4fashcard.com marked my 72$ GW cart as a 'usb card reader' and valued it at 1.64$ CAD :P

    They are using Nintendo's code, and then altering it to trigger exploits. That goes against copy right laws.

    Yup. I think it's largely because of people buying physical copies of their music, then loading it onto iTunes and such.

    You'd probably have to contact them and see if they'll accept a split payment. It works in retail stores, never tried it online though
