    Did you mean I connect power to dongle charger (short black cable) to dongle to charge dongle, should I plug dongle to my switch to charge switch or plug swich charger to switch then hold button for 15 mins Did it show sth.? how could I know switch start to charge?

    Hi I got my sx pro and install sx os yesterday. It works fine. however, today when I start up my console with plugged in sx pro, it show no battery and then shut down, then I cannot charge. it looks brick. is anybody give some hints.:rofl2:
