    That's literally the bug that dolphin says is caused by your iso being bad. In fact, that's literally just a smaller version of the picture they use on their wiki to illustrate the problem. Either rip your own iso or stop trolling.

    Haven't had that problem. I did dump my own disc and I'm using my own memory card on regular Wii though.

    Your IOS58 is modified, I'm surprised your homebrew channel hasn't given you crazy errors. If your homebrew channel ain't even running on ios58 then that's another problem. Fix your 58, then reinstall the HBC if it's not running on 58.

The fact that when you reinstalled the HBC after reinstalling IOS 58 and it uses 61 now means your IOS 58 isn't right so you need to get a better IOS 58 somehow, I don't know.     Yeah, you need to install the latest ios 62 and the latest shop channel. There are homebrew apps to do it or you could do it PC side with NUS Downloader. I don't remember if ModMii does that.
