    Hacking Updated SXOS to 11.0.1 with ChoiDuJourNX. Now my console wont boot.

    I've been searchinga round a bit, and i figure i dont want to restore sysnand because all my save files etc will be removed as i understand it, and there are other steps im uncertain of. But if i am currently on firmware 11.01 with SX os 3.1 , can i just take a new SD memorycard, latest...

    No it only supports 11.0 and since the recent events im not sure of when or if it will come any more versions. So i need to find a way to get back from 11.0.1 to 11.0 . Now my switch only boots with the SX loader logo, then black screen.

But i have emuNAND enabled, im trying to grapple what this really means but i did a full nand dump at firmware version 6.20 could i just take restore nand from the boot menu? and then...

    Hi, i also accidently updated to firmware 11.0.1 and my SX OS wont boot up the switch properly. If i press the volume + and power button i get in to the SX os menu. From there i have "Boot custom FW" which obviously wont boot since SX os do not support 11.0.1 . I also have "Boot original FW"...

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
