    The blue LED shows for a sec and it stops on both cases with and without the SD card inserted.

    My brother tried to hack a nintendo 3ds and it's now bricked (or at least it seems so). I don't know what he did but the SD now looks like this: The nintendo doesn't start but the blue LED starts for a second. Is it fixable without needing to buy anything or opening it?
