@OP You can Extract psarc files with ULTIMATE TOOLZ: http://www.file-extensions.org/psarc-file-extension I just tried to replace videos with a dummy mp4 video, finding that there seems to be no difference for games that also work with the "empty"-dummy files. This idea is great! We could replace movies with 1second dummy files which will then be played and won't cause any exceptions or troubles. I will consider this for my app!- Dakor

Hi! I'm currently working an a native Vita App that let's you shrink game files. For now you can browse the app directory and press triangle to replace the selected file with an dummy file with the same name (0kb). I'm thinking of automating this progress so that it searches for video, audio...- Dakor
