    You can resign the saves to the ID of your current PS4. There are plenty of tutorials on Youtube which explain how to do this.

    Possibly ban from Fromsoftware servers if you have 999 Somber Dragon Smithing Stones for example, where it's obvious you have cheated these in. Just play ER offline mode (no PvP). I doubt if you'd get PSN banned though.

    If you don't have access to a jailbroken PS4, then you have to resign the saves using software such as Save Wizard, which can decrypt and resign the saves to your new PSN ID.
