    Water will clump/gum up Tamiya acrylics, the pigment gets f'ed up and goes out of suspension really fast, especially if done with a brush. Try using Tamiya Acrylic thinner(X-21, I think), Mr. Hobby thinner(I think this works for both acrylic and enamel) or 100% Alcohol for acrylics. Maybe you...

    Have you tried ordering online from Rainbowten or Hobby Japan? On another site I go to for Gundam stuff those are the most frequently mentioned for kits, add-ons and replacement parts(torn polycap and stuff).

    Does it go away permanently when you reboot even if the icon size is still manually altered? After a bit of fiddling I was able to make it go away by right-clicking on the desktop and going to View then toggled between the Large icons settings then go back and set it to the Medium icon setting...
