    I've just maned up and checked, and I am still able to connect to Pokemon online features so it seems I've avoided the ban, for now at least. I'm hearing that the bans may have something to do with Spotpass, and how it sends information of your system to Nintendo unless you turn the option off...

    For some reason the injection process suddenly worked and I was able to finish the entire guide, no idea why it wasn't working before. Anyway, for future reference, if for some weird reason I ever decide that I want to uninstall a9lh, soundhax, homebrew etc and take my SD card back to factory...

    I just tried installing FBI directly to me 3DS because the injecting method messed up for me(why does the dump and inject method even exist anyway, surely just installing FBI directly is better?), only to be greeted by the message that the firmware wasn't supported, which is when I remembered...

    Sorry for taking so long, imgur refused to load. Anyway, here's the FBi failing to inject Also here's the error message I get when trying to open the H&S app. It's the only app that shows me this message, everything else works fine. What is this now? You don't need to inject into H&S app?

    Oh, sorry about that, guess I edited my post too late. I just added to my initial post that before I found out that my stock Health and safety app wasn't working I had tried to inject the FBI again and it failed, I'll try and upload a screenshot.
