    That's the problem, try using pcsx2 itself and place the pack to c/documents/pcsx2/textures/ or if you are using a portable txt file, place the pack inside the pcsx2/textures.

    Where did you place the pack? In the drive c/documents/pcsx2 or the other way around? If you use a portable txt file, it should be inside the root of pcsx2 folder.

    Extract the file and cut or copy only the game ID folder to the "textures" folder on pcsx2.
