    Sorry for the late response, but yes. Select the English text setting in the main menu and open the text settings again, it should show as "Uncensored English (NA)".

    Fire Emblem Engage was heavily censored in its English release -The official English localization was full of censored words/topics, multiple characters got their romances deleted, shitty dialogue that disrupted the tone was added, random fetishes were added, and whole conversations completely...
