    Tried to download the patch, but my AV freaks out at the dl website when trying to download tha last part called "pack_999_lua UPDATE V4.2.xdelta". I'd recommend uploading it to pixeldrain, gdrive or even mega. I believe it will be safe on any of these, as it's only a patch.

    Sorry for the late response, but yes. Select the English text setting in the main menu and open the text settings again, it should show as "Uncensored English (NA)".

    I'm currently testing a Cobalt version of the patch with de-localized names, locations, etc... and it also changes "Pact Ring" to "Promise Ring". I'll leave it here for now, and if no one finds any bugs for a while, I'll put it in the OP. And also, please let me know if there's any localized...
