As long as you don't have any files related to the 3DS mod, nothing bad should happen. You can't boot into emuNAND, though.- CrazyLukeHD

Use SysUpdater to downgrade your firmware 11.0.0-33. Anything above that doesn't work with BootNTR.- CrazyLukeHD
