    Yeah that sounds likely. With some fake SD cards, what I've heard is that the capacity kind of...wraps. So once you reach the actual physical capacity, it stores new files by overwriting the oldest files on the card. Sounds like exactly what's happening for you. Sorry man...

    Check there are not any strange characters in the filename. I had an issue with Crash Bandicoot which had a trademark symbol in the filename when downloaded. The SD card filesystem or SX OS doesn’t like it and wouldn’t load the XCI for me.
