    Mig & Switch 2, let's figure it out. I recently updated, and am still not banned.

    The truth is that I discovered I can use the Switch WITHOUT a Nintendo account (Games are still getting updated, and when somebody lends me a new cart to dump, I dump into the MIG, and it connects somewhere and downloads the update for the Switch 2. So I guess I'm still safe.

    Yep, me neither. I still use my games through a 1.2.1 patched Mig Switch and no sign of block or ban. Still can access Nintendo eShop and play the emulators. Again, the rules are two and simple: 1. Up-to-date Mig-Switch. 2. Dump only your own(*) games.
