    no i literlly only had fbi intalled on emunand and then i used the guide exactly as i said and not only that i used a couple different meathods used with other custom firmwares which specifically say to install the gba games to sysnand and emunand. and about the part where you said i expected...

    well i would guess you would delete them from sysnand and your cfw/emunand or just the emunand and if you are concerned about space issues the virtual console games only take up about 58 blocks so they aren't that big auto xD
