Looking to transfer Usb Helper Games from PC across Network straight to WiiU console usb.
Or is there any other network install tools?

I have a very dead WiiU which is NOT recoverable but I do have all the files backed up for nand etc.
Also I have a decent external drive with which is filled with games etc.
Now if I get another WiiU can I basically decrypt the drive and...
